Zelri User Agreement

1. Service Overview

Zelri is a mobile and web application that allows users to upload portrait photos and replace their backgrounds with retro-style decorative patterns. The service aims to seamlessly integrate portraits with vintage patterns, creating artistic and retro-style portrait images. By using Zelri, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

2. Account Rules

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zelri. If you are under 18, you must obtain parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted under your account.
You agree not to share your account with others or use accounts that do not belong to you.
Zelri reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Usage Guidelines

You agree to use Zelri only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Uploading content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Uploading content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise harmful.
Using the service to create deepfakes, non-consensual explicit content, or other deceptive media.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Zelri application or its underlying technology.

4. Content Rights & Responsibilities

You retain all ownership rights to the original portrait photos you upload to Zelri. However, by uploading content, you grant Zelri a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

Zelri claims no ownership over the final edited images you create using the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of third-party content (including portraits and patterns) complies with applicable copyright laws.

5. Payment Terms

Certain premium features of Zelri may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You authorize Zelri to charge your selected payment method for any paid subscriptions or purchases you make.
Zelri may change its pricing at any time. You will be notified of any changes to subscription fees before they take effect.

6. Service Modification & Termination

Zelri reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also terminate your access to the service immediately if you violate this agreement or engage in harmful activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, and Zelri may delete your account and associated content in accordance with our data retention policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zelri is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service's accuracy, reliability, or availability. Your use of Zelri is at your own risk.

Zelri is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement or your use of Zelri will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled in the courts located in the jurisdiction where Zelri is registered, in accordance with applicable law.

9. Agreement Updates

Zelri may update this user agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated agreement on our platform. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of the updated agreement constitutes acceptance of the changes.
