Uploaded Content: Portrait photos and images you upload to the application for background editing.
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the app, including device type, operating system, IP address, and feature usage.
Payment Information: If you make purchases, we collect payment details through secure third-party processors.

IMPORTANT: Zelri does NOT collect, store, or process any biometric data, facial signatures, or unique face-recognition identifiers. We only use the pixel data of uploaded photos to perform background styling and artistic filter application.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for the following purposes:

To provide, maintain, and improve the Zelri service, including background editing and image processing.
To personalize your experience, such as suggesting retro patterns based on your preferences.
To process transactions and send you related notifications, including receipts and service updates.
To communicate with you about your account, security alerts, and policy changes.
To comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of Zelri and its users.

CAUTION: We strictly prohibit the use of your uploaded photos or processed outputs for any marketing, advertising, or user profiling purposes. Your data is used exclusively to provide the core AI features you interact with within the application.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

Zelri may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the application. These providers include:

Cloud storage and image processing services to handle uploaded photos and edited outputs.
Payment processors to handle secure transactions for premium features.
Analytics tools to understand user behavior and improve app performance.

All third-party providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any unauthorized purposes.

NOTE: Our AI processing service is provided via OpenRouter (utilizing Google Gemini models). These third-party providers only receive the image data for the sole purpose of generating the requested vintage effect and are contractually prohibited from retaining or using your data for any other purpose, including model training.

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

Zelri may disclose your information in the following limited circumstances:

With your explicit consent to share specific content or data.
When required by law, such as in response to a court order or legal request.
To protect the rights, property, or safety of Zelri, our users, or the public.
In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate safeguards in place.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Data Security Measures

Zelri implements industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse:

Encryption of data in transit and at rest using secure protocols.
Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Restricted access to personal data by authorized personnel only.
Secure deletion of data when it is no longer needed for its intended purpose.

TIP: We implement a strict 'Delete After Use' policy. Once the AI generation process is completed, the original uploaded photo and its intermediate processing data are immediately and permanently deleted from our temporary processing servers. We do not maintain any long-term storage of user-uploaded images.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

6. Your Data Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access and review the personal data we hold about you.
Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information.
Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Opt out of non-essential communications and marketing materials.
Export your uploaded content and account data in a machine-readable format.

IMPORTANT: Users can permanently delete all their account information and data through the 'Delete Account' function within the Application settings. This action is irreversible and ensures all local and associated session data are completely erased.

7. Children's Privacy

Zelri is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information immediately. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided data to us should contact us to request removal.

8. Policy Updates

Zelri may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our platform and, where appropriate, sending a notification to your registered email address. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of the updated policy constitutes acceptance of the changes.
